Water-Smart was born on March 3rd., 1995. Jerre T. Stallings, known in this business as "Tom The Toilet Man" came upon the idea of this company from a low flow water conservation product called the "aqua saver" or "little blue toilet widget". What once started as a small one- man, one product business has evolved into a full-fledged, high technology water conservation company. Water Smart offers the latest water conservation technology products and services.
Water-Smart has over 9 years of water conservation experience. Water-Smart has been an active member of the National Apartment Association, for all of those 9 years and has implemented water conservation products and services into many apartment communities across the nation. Water-Smart is very well known in the water conservation industry.
